What’s new
A new Soap Tank sensor type is now supported end-to-end: low-level alerts, dashboards, and insights all treat it as its own consumable type alongside Soap.
The sensor, alert, report, user and region lists now have a search box and a filters panel, making it quicker to find what you’re looking for, along with fixes to sorting and colour display in these tables. The occupancy, alerts, air quality and visitor dashboard views have also been restyled for a more consistent look and feel.
Soap, Soap Tank, Hand Towel, Trash and Toilet Paper reports and dashboards now show how many times each was refilled, emptied, or had a roll used, alongside the existing percent-full trend. Soap Tank and Hand Towel percent-full figures are also now calculated correctly at the zone level.
Reusable roster templates are now available. A template pre-populates zones, staff groups, checklists, working days, working hours, horizon, and slot distribution, so a new roster plan can be created from a saved configuration instead of set up from scratch each time.
Alert configurations can now define escalation stages — if an alert remains unresolved after a configured number of minutes, a follow-up email is automatically sent to a separate set of recipients. Multiple stages can be added to the same alert (e.g. notify the site team at 15 minutes, then facilities management at 60 minutes), and each stage only fires once per alert.
Negative (“sad”) visitor feedback can now trigger an alert in its own right, notifying configured recipients so it can be followed up on. Where available, the alert description includes the feedback reasons selected by the visitor at the time.
Reports can now be downloaded as a PDF, in addition to the existing XLSX format. This applies to the alert resolution report as well as the standard matrix reports — including Feedback, Occupancy, and Air Quality — via a new PDF option in the report runner.
The sensor manager list now supports selecting one or more sensors and exporting their raw readings over a chosen date range as a CSV file, useful for detailed offline analysis.
Bug fixes
Fixed an issue where long alert titles could be truncated. The alert title field has been widened, and existing alerts have been backfilled with the correct title from their alert configuration.
Fixed an access-control check on checklist lookups by serial number that could incorrectly restrict access. Existing feedback reason and checklist data has also been backfilled to reflect the organisation-scoped membership introduced in the previous release.
Fixed dwell time (long occupancy) alerts always using a generic title instead of the title configured on the alert. The configured title is now used consistently in both the alert record and the notification email.
Fixed a timing issue where a brief vacant reading for an occupancy sensor could be dropped if an occupied reading for the same sensor arrived in the same processing window. This could cause a stale dwell timer to survive a real vacant period and fire an alert moments after a zone was reoccupied.
Fixed day-sliced matrix reports (XLSX and PDF) occasionally showing missing or duplicate date columns near month boundaries or where sensor data had gaps. Every calendar day in the requested range now appears as its own column, even where there’s no data for that day.
Fixed date column headers being cut off in matrix report PDFs on longer date ranges (e.g. a full month). Headers are now shown vertically so the full date is always visible.
